A 30% deposit holds your date. We send a hire agreement and discuss custom wording or colours.
We can deliver and set up at your venue, or you can collect from us in South London for free. Delivery fees vary by location and products hired — confirmed in your quote.
Drop items back to us in South London, or we can arrange collection from your venue. Any collection fee is confirmed at the time of booking — just let us know your preference when you enquire.

Common questions
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–September). That said, we do our best to accommodate shorter notice where availability allows — just get in touch and we'll let you know.
Both options are available. We can deliver to your venue and set everything up, or you can collect from us in South London for free. Delivery fees vary by location and products hired — all confirmed in your quote. We'll collect the following morning, or you can return items yourself.
We deliver across Greater London and into Surrey and Kent. If your venue is just outside these areas, get in touch anyway — we'll always try to accommodate where we can. Delivery is charged at a flat rate, confirmed when you enquire.
Yes — we offer custom wording on neon signs. Custom signs are made to order and require a minimum of 3–4 weeks lead time. We can do names, dates, phrases, or anything else you have in mind. Get in touch with your idea and we'll confirm availability and pricing.
We understand that events can be unpredictable. Minor wear and tear is expected and covered by us. For significant damage, a damage fee will apply — the details are outlined in your hire agreement, which we send before you confirm your booking. A refundable security deposit may be required for certain items.
Yes — we require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Once your deposit is received, your date is confirmed and your items are reserved.
Absolutely — and we'd recommend it. Combining a neon sign with LED tables or a styling package creates a much more cohesive look. We offer bundle pricing when you hire two or more items together, with one delivery and one setup. See our bundle offer on the site or mention it when you enquire.
Standard hire is for one weekend — delivered the day of your event and collected the following morning. If you need items for longer (e.g. a multi-day event or an extended celebration), just let us know and we'll work out a suitable arrangement.
